1 month agoI was excited to post this week about kindness, then I got blindsided by an urgent appt & I just found out my dear friend & mentor passed away. ๐ฅบ๐ With my illness mental, emotional & physical exertion drain the little energy I have & worsen my symptoms. Iโll still try to post, but I apologize for being behind on visiting galleries & responding. Thank you so much for your patience & understanding, my dear, kind friends! ๐ฅฐ๐โจ (2/2)

1 month agoBe strong, Jessica, I know it is easier said than done. I'm sorry for your loss. Most of us have been there. My experience with chronic depression is that it is very much like being an athlete. You have to work at it every day and work at feeling good. Use the tools you have learned to stimulate your brain. 1 month agoI am so sorry for your devastating loss, dear Jessica. ๐๐๏ธ๐น๐๏ธ๐น๐๏ธ๐ I suspect we all wish that those we love could live forever. ๐ฐ Some interpersonal attachments feel as important as breathing. The grieving must take as long as necessary, but at the end of that tunnel you will find the healing emotion of gratitude--gratitude that you were so privileged to have that wonderful person in your life.
